I put a lot of care into every bowl I ship. Crystal bowls do not just crack from regular playing, and true defects are very rare. Every bowl goes through my rigorous quality check before shipping. Most cracks happen only when a bowl is knocked, bumped, or dropped.

That said, I want you to feel completely at ease when you bring a bowl home. That is why I offer a 30 Day Craftsmanship and Tuning Guarantee on my crystal singing bowls.

What this guarantee covers

Within 30 days of delivery, I will refund or replace your bowl if there is a genuine tuning or craftsmanship issue, such as:

  • Cracks and chips, damaged indicators, or damaged accessories.
  • Bowl doesn’t resonate correctly

These situations are uncommon, but if they happen, I will take care of you.

What this guarantee does not cover

The 30 day craftsmanship and tuning guarantee is meant for manufacturing issues, not accidents. It does not cover:

  • Drops, impacts, or falls
  • Knocking the bowl over or bumping it into hard surfaces
  • Damage from extreme temperature changes or improper storage
  • Cosmetic marks or small surface imperfections that do not affect sound or structural integrity
  • Damage caused by using non recommended mallets or striking the bowl with excessive force
  • General wear from use over time.

Crystal is strong, but like any crystal instrument, it is not indestructible. Accidental damage falls outside this guarantee.
