I know how meaningful it is to welcome a new bowl into your space, and I take great care in preparing each order for its journey to you.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
While I do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, I do not offer free shipping to these states.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders ship within 3 business days. During busy seasons or special launches, it may take a little longer, but I always do my best to ship as quickly as possible.
Packaging and protection
Every crystal singing bowl is:
- Wrapped and supported in high-density foam
- Packed in a sturdy box designed to keep it safe in transit
I treat each bowl like a precious instrument, not just a product in a box.
If your bowl arrives damaged
If your bowl arrives cracked, broken, or clearly damaged in transit, please contact me right away so I can help.
