4. Rim chips larger than 10mm that affect playability
What the Plan Does Not Cover
1. Intentional damage, misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the owner or any third party
2. Cosmetic changes, wear, or discoloration that do not affect the bowl’s sound, function, or structural integrity
3. Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance
Replacement Plan F.A.Q.s
I purchased the Replacement Plan for my set . What happens if only 1 bowls breaks?
We will replace any bowl or bowls broken in your set (Total Alignment Set, Harmonic Trinity, 4 Pillars of Alignment)
Is the Bowl Replacement Plan included automatically?
No. It is an optional add-on you can choose when purchasing your bowl.
Does it cover accidental drops?
In general, yes, accidental damage is the purpose of the plan. Exact details will be shown when you purchase.
Does it cover cosmetic wear?
No. Cosmetic changes that do not affect sound, function, or structural integrity are not covered.
Does this replace the 30-day craftsmanship and tuning guarantee?
No. It sits on top of my 30-Day Love It Guarantee.
