Refund policy
I have a no-questions-asked 30-Day Love-It Guarantee return policy. My goal is to spread sound baths and sound healing as far and wide as possible, which is why I want you to have 30 days to try my Exact Pitch singing bowls and truly love them 🥰
To return your bowl for a refund, you must:
- Ship the bowl using the original packaging
- Include the bowl, mallet(s), and rubber rings
- Cover return shipping
Once your item is received undamaged and in its original packaging, your order total will be refunded within 72 business hours.
Please be sure to read the product details and listen to any available sound samples before purchasing.
If your bowl is delivered damaged, please email me and I will work with you to get it replaced.
